Terms and Conditions

  1. 1. Agreement to Terms

    By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

    We offer a variety of home spa services, including but not limited to massages and other wellness treatments. The availability of specific services may vary depending on your location.

  3. 3. Booking and Payment

    To book a service, you must provide accurate and complete information. Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods, and all transactions are processed securely.

  4. 4. Packages and Multi-Session Bundles

    Multi-session packages are valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase. Any sessions still unused at the end of that period expire, and are not refundable or transferable unless we have agreed otherwise with you in writing. A package is personal to the client named at the time of purchase and covers the treatments agreed at that time; substitutions are subject to availability. Individual appointments booked from a package are subject to the same cancellation and rescheduling terms as any other booking.

  5. 5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

    Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. If we need to cancel or reschedule for any reason, we will notify you promptly.

  6. 6. Client Conduct

    We expect clients to treat our therapists and staff with respect. Any inappropriate behavior or harassment will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates this policy.

  7. 7. Health and Safety

    It is your responsibility to inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect your ability to receive our services. Our therapists will take necessary precautions, but we cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions.

  8. 8. Liability

    While we take every precaution to ensure your safety during our services, we are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur as a result of using our services.

  9. 9. Intellectual Property

    All content on our website, including images, text, and logos, is our intellectual property and may not be used without our written permission.

Return Policy

  1. 1. Refunds and Exchanges

    Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds. However, if you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours and we will do our best to address your concerns.

  3. 3. Gift Certificates

    Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are valid for a specified period, and extensions may be granted at our discretion.
