From your first message to a relaxed goodbye
A home visit runs in four simple, unhurried stages from start to finish. Here is exactly what happens at each one, so there are no surprises waiting for you before your therapist ever arrives at your door.
1. You get in touch
Message us on WhatsApp with the service you would like, your preferred date and time, and your address in Dubai. We usually confirm within minutes, and if a slot opens up unexpectedly we can often fit in a same-day visit as well.
2. Your therapist arrives
Your therapist arrives at the agreed time with everything the session needs — a professional massage table or mat, fresh linens, and high-grade oils. All you need to have ready is a clear space of about 2 × 3 metres; where in your home you set that up is entirely up to you.
3. The session itself
Before starting, your therapist talks you through the treatment and checks your comfort with pressure and focus areas as the session goes. You are welcome to request a male or female therapist when you book, and to adjust or pause the session at any point.
4. Afterwards
When the session ends, your therapist packs up quietly and lets you ease back into your evening or day at your own pace. We recommend taking a few unhurried minutes and some water before you get back to anything else — and a WhatsApp message reaches us if anything about the visit needs following up.

Every visit brings fresh linens, a full set of professional equipment, and high-grade oils — the same strict hygiene and safety protocols apply regardless of how many times you have booked with us before.

Sessions happen entirely inside your own home, on your own terms. You can request a male or female therapist when you book, and every therapist is expected to bring the same discretion into your home that you would expect from any professional visiting you privately.
Quality & consistency
We run regular in-house quality reviews across our therapist team, so the standard you experience on your first visit is the standard you can expect on every visit after it.

We serve homes and serviced apartments across Dubai's residential and hotel neighbourhoods, from Downtown and Dubai Marina to Business Bay, JVC, and Dubai Hills. Wherever you are staying, a session is usually within reach, and we are open daily from 11 AM to midnight.
